Many asks if you can chop on our chopping boards. Of course you can. But ALL chopping boards that are not made of stone will at one point become scratched. It doesn't matter if it is made of plastic, wood or any other material that is harder than the knife. And is the surface harder than the knife, the edge of the knife will be destroyed.
